PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, PUBG for short, is an online multiplayer battle royale game developed and published by PUBG Corporations, a subsidiary of South Korean video game company Bluehole. The game is based on previous mods that were created by Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene for other games using the film Battle Royale for inspiration, and expanded into a standalone game under Greene's creative direction. In the game, up to one hundred players parachute onto an island and scavenge for weapons and equipment to kill others while avoiding getting killed themselves. The available safe area of the game's map decreases in size over time, directing surviving players into tighter areas to force encounters. The last player or team standing wins the round. I highly recommend this game especially on the mobile version or the pc version as they are quite similar due to their latest update on the mobile version.

What the word 'Merdeka Day' means to me

As to what this words mean to me and I'm sure to all students as well, it means only one thing, more holidays. It also mean long and boring speeches by the principal which contents repeats the speeches from last year's and the years before. Sure, it is a day that we celebrate for achieving independence. However, the way our schools wants us to celebrate it is boring and really kills the mood. I like to spend the day with my friends, outside of school, speeches made by friends and not by principals that tries to be formal.

My Plans for the August 2018 Holidays

Been looking forward to the upcoming holidays for a long time, and it has finally arrived. To get more sleep is one of my priorities during these holidays and so is finishing up all my physics pks. Other than that, relaxing sessions with my pubg squad at night after filling my belly with delicious food in Penang and after doing some homework sounds amazing to me. These plans was made before the holidays, so there is no guarantee that i will get enough sleep and might just end up playing PUBG with my squad till 2am.

What Actually transpired during the holidays

The holidays finally arrived and will soon be gone in a blink of an eye. There was nothing special planned for this holiday so  ended up playing PUBG with my gaming squad. I had no worries when I play with them at night. Although theres this guy who is kind of a burden to our squad, nonetheless, he's the leader who brings us to victory by sacrificing himself to the PUBG gods. I trust my squad with my life, literally, in game and in real life even though i might say otherwise.  Playing pubg and going to my favourite restaurants to have lunch and dinner is the only things i did throughout the entire week of the August holiday. Doing so little things and not being productive brought me joy and also stress and troubles when I realised holiday is finishing but not my homework, especially this blog which I'm only doing in september.

SMK DJ Carnival

Never did i expect anything much from a carnival organised by my own school. However, I had quite a blast and it wasn't because of anything that was organised by the school but of those activities organised by the students of SMK DJ. Firstly, there was a manually functioned machine put together by the scouts which allows people to make their friends wet by throwing a ball at a target. Other than that, the talents of SMK DJ performed on stage and everyone enjoyed it a lot. However, the food trucks there was over-rated as it wasn't as nice as they said it would be but i still bought the food sold by the food trucks as i was very hungry. Having fun in a carnival is not when the activities are fun. Sure, activities organised could be enjoyable but it could also be boring. However, what makes activities more fun or less boring is when you do it with your friends.
